LUXURY LIVING WITH AROUND-THE-CLOCK SERVICE

The Connecticut is a 158-unit, luxury condominium community located in Washington, DC’s historic Cleveland Park neighborhood. After assisting the developer during the planning phase, we implemented an aggressive leasing strategy that involved establishing a robust corporate referral program with local businesses, piquing interest with teaser traffic signs, and hosting engaging open house parties. Actively training employees to adhere with the community’s 24-hour concierge program, coupled with diligence in responding to service requests and quickly completing apartment turns, contributed to the success of our preventive maintenance program that allowed for the subsequent sale and transfer of management services in 2004.
