We then informed branding, positioning, pricing, concessions, marketing, and advertising during lease-up. Our nationally recognized efforts at the property include awards from Delta Associates, the Philadelphia City Paper, and the National Association of Homebuilders. The St. James achieved tremendous financial success and wide commercial appeal, which allowed CRC to sell the asset for above-market returns in 2005.
